Verifying imported legal measuring instruments

Procedures

1. Submit the customs transaction to the employee of the department of pressure, temperature and length.

2. The measuring instruments are transferred to the competent laboratory if verification is possible.

3. If there is no possibility of verifying the instruments, its test reports issued by internationally recognized laboratories shall be received and forwarded to the Anti - Counterfeiting, verification and notifying unit to verify its authenticity and validity.

4. A collection warrant is concluded for the due metrology fees and the applicant is given a date for receiving the results.

5. Payment of fees in the organization's fund.

6. Receiving the report for the verification of legal measurement tools signed and sealed by the Director of the Metrology Directorate and receive the samples.

7. Completion of the customs transaction at the Directorate of border control
